Ku Band MicroSat on You Tube

GigaSat launched the Ku-band version of it's innovative MicroSat terminal at the IBC show in Amsterdam this month.

MicroSat features a flat panel antenna array offering 90% efficiency, far greater than comparable parabolic antennas, allowing it to achieve big system performance from what is surely the world's most compact IP system.

MicroSat is supplied with a choice of integral DVB-RCS modems from Advantech, I-Direct or Hughes and promises data rates of at least 2Mbps making it ideal for many broadband data connection requirements, including disaster relief, first to air newsgathering and secure government/military communications.
